About the role

In your role as HR Partner at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, you will step into a broad and operationally close HR role. You will combine operational HR craftsmanship with strategic support to managers in a knowledge- and research-intensive organization.

The role requires independence, pace, and the ability to drive multiple processes in parallel. You are a clear support to managers in everyday life and are expected to provide quick, accurate, and qualified HR advice. To thrive, you need to be secure, structured, and proactive in both creating and developing work methods. You seek collaboration when needed.

The HR team consists of a total of four employees, and you report to the HR manager. You are responsible for two units and participate in their management teams as needed. You also support international operations in HR-related matters.

Your tasks:

As an HR Partner, you are responsible for and drive the entire HR craftsmanship within your area of responsibility. Your days will vary, but mainly your days will be filled with the following tasks:

  • Ongoing and qualified managerial support

  • Work with issues related to work environment, salary setting, and rehabilitation

  • Support managers in recruitment processes, including conducting recruitment tests and feedback

  • Drive and participate in HR processes and projects at the corporate level

  • Drive and follow up on systematic work environment efforts, including through our pulse measurement tool Winningtemp

  • Collaborate and negotiate with trade union representatives and actively contribute to the development of culture, leadership, and employer branding

In your daily work, you will use several different business systems that facilitate and streamline your tasks.

Your experience

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR, human resources, or equivalent and has worked 8-10 years in HR. You have a solid HR foundation and see this as a natural next step in your career. Experience from knowledge, research, or consulting organizations is an advantage.

You have good system skills and are used to working data-driven within HR and have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

The role is a full-time consulting assignment for 6 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. You will be employed by us at OnePartnerGroup as a consultant and will be placed at IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute's office on Valhallavägen.
